The Office of Institutional Research needs to submit information to the Commissioner’s Office on community engagement activities and non-credit courses that take place in each academic year. Any UT sponsored program should be reported regardless where it is held. The reporting period is from July 1 to June 30. The deadline to submit your report is July 10.
Reporting Instructions:
- USHE’s guidelines (click here for guidelines): this includes event codes, definitions, and reporting elements
- Two ways to provide your data (choose one that is most convenient to you)
- Fill out the online form and click “Submit” (One form for each course or activity. If you have 10 activities, you need to fill out the form 10 times.) OR
- Record all year round activities using the Excel template provided (click here for template) and submit the Excel file via e-mail to Andrea Brown (abrown@utahtech.edu). One template for each academic year, please.
